Responsibilities in this role include.
Be the first point of contact for colleague and driver issues.
Support the safe, legal, and efficient execution of transport operations
Support driver and fleet compliance in line with legal and DHL standards
Calculate and record core and agency driver hours on a weekly basis
Maintain tachograph analysis records and file them in line with legislation
Update drivers' hours, holiday, and sickness onto the appropriate records
Carry out any other clerical duties such as photocopying, writing letters, filing and yard checks as and when required
Updating and maintaining Excel spread sheets

Previous transport experience (desirable)
Ability to work under pressure and able to manage time effectively
Proactive approach to work
Good degree of IT literacy including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 40 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday
**Salary**: £27,000
