This is an exciting opportunity for graduates with a passion for young people, looking to build a career in education or related fields. We are seeking top graduates to work with young people in secondary school **aged between 11-16 years of age.**

This opportunity offers individuals looking to build a career in education, within a unique school setting, giving you the opportunity to propel your career into education, leadership & management. You will be trained as a **Teaching Assistant** supporting young people who require additional support in school. This opportunity is particularly relevant for individuals aspiring to enter into a career in education, educational psychology or youth services..

The school is based in the Southampton area and supports a range of children, including those with a range of complex learning needs such as physical, sensory and behavioural. The school has recently been rated as 'Good' by Ofsted and works with boys & girls at a critical time in their educational development. We have positions available to start in September or October 2023. You will be paid between **£400-£450 per week, **depending on your experience to date.
