Lounge Assistant

Harbour Rise Care Home is a family-run Care Home that has been established since 1981. Our CQC rating is OUTSTANDING, we have no agency staff and only employ permanent staff, many of whom have worked at the home for over 10 years plus.

We are looking for a special person who ideally has Care experience to have fun with our residents for a shift of 6 1/2 hours from 9.30am till 4pm on 2 to 3 days per week including every Wednesday and Saturday. We are looking for someone who would work approximately 13 to 19 hours per week. You will be responsible for providing company, entertainment, and stimulation to our residents by encouraging them to talk, listen to music, and engage with games. You will be working in a warm environment and provide a great time to our residents in our dedicated lounge, including food, drinks, and refreshments.

Our staff are all permanently employed, we don't use agency staff, we pay weekly, and we would welcome having a discussion as to how you might be able to help.
