**Head of Academy - Cirencester - Global Construction Company**

We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation.

We are looking for someone to head up their impressive academy for technical excellence. They are looking for someone who has a strong training background and ideally from a technical/product led background.

**Role**:
You will be responsible for
- Responsible for the management and development of the Academy training team and locations
- Design, maintain and optimise training programmes and CPD delivery with associated content and learning materials
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business as part of the marketing management team, offering insights into customer preference, product knowledge and expertise in training
- Responsible for the creation, optimisation and deployment of new training methods
- Identify opportunities to extend reach and impact of training offer
- Demonstrated experience of effectively managing training resources to deliver strategic objectives
- Able to influence and communicate at all levels
- Experience in a training leadership position
- Industry experience is NOT essential but must have come from a technical background
- Able to grasp complex technical and commercial concepts and make them accessible to others through effective communication and training materials and delivery
- Someone who is proactive and looking to make things happen

**Package**:

- Basic Salary: from £70,000 - £75,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- 25% bonus
- £600 per month Car Allowance
