**Senior Client Services Executive**
- Bath - Hybrid (2 days work from home)
- Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
- £24,000 - £30,000 p/a - depending on experience
Are you a self-motivated individual with experience in financial services?
Our client is a successful wealth management company based in the heart of Bath, and we’re excited to be recruiting for a Senior Client Services Executive to join their friendly customer service team
You will be supporting clients with a range of complex queries and requests as well as completing all related administrative duties. **Duties will include**:
- Acting as first point of contact for clients and assisting with their queries
- Providing high standards of administrative support
- Accurately inputting and updating client details
- Ensuring all FCA regulations are adhered to
- Raising any areas for concern with management
- Working with the team to ensure all tasks are completed within set SLAs
- Managing risk by informing management of any incidents, ‘near misses’ or exposures to company risk profile
**Required skills and experience**:
- Experience with Wrap platforms and Self Invested Personal Pensions is essential
- Previous experience in a similar financial services role is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT and data processing skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
