1 year Travel Agency experience essential

**Experience required**
- Have the ability to source, research and book tailor made holidays, package holidays, cruises, tours, coaching holidays, flights and find our clients the perfect holiday
- Must have experience booking tailor made, long haul and luxury holidays
- Cruise and river cruise knowledge essential
- Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Have a huge passion for travel and excellent geography knowledge
- The ability to build relationships with existing and new clients and all members of the travel industry
- Excellent communication skills and provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent product knowledge of all our Tour operators and cruise operators
- Computer literate, social media and marketing skills essential
- Preparing clients documents
- Looking after our clients from the first enquiry to their return
