**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a Part-time Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend administrative duties with bookkeeping responsibilities in a flexible work setting. Ideal for those who value autonomy and adaptability, this position will allow you to leverage your organisational skills and financial acumen to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to our long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organise office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in various bookkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

**Hours**:
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working in an accountancy office or handling accounts within a company.
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12,496.84-£23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
