**Join our dynamic team as a Health and Social Care Lecturer**

In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals. You'll be responsible for:

- **Leading engaging and interactive courses**: Develop and deliver curriculum for healthcare programs ranging from Level 1 to 3, with the potential for additional programs.
- **Empowering students**: Guide and assess students, fostering their growth and success.
- **Shaping the future**: Collaborate with the Curriculum Leader, contribute fresh ideas, and tackle daily challenges.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Has a passion for teaching and a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons (graded 'Good' or above).
- Holds a teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or is willing to pursue the Level 5 Diploma.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is highly motivated to support and empower learners.
