**Role Details**

**Main Duties**
- Overall responsibility for the management and day to day running of the distribution and garage team.
- Manage the work of all the Drivers so they comply with drivers hours rules and regulations
- Support the Assistant Transport Manager and the Transport Planner
- Work with other managers and colleagues to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives

**Qualifications Required**
- Class 1 License
- CPC
- Fork Lift License
- Transport Manager CPC qualification
- Experience managing a distribution/logistics team
- Logistics and transport experience
- Previous experience booking lorries/trailers/vans
- Understanding Logistics health and safety procedures
