Customer Service Administrator Apprentice

As a customer service administrator, you will be assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day smooth running of the office hub, providing support to our sales team and dealing with customers enquiries.
- Assist the sales team with order processing and sales reports.
- Bodyshop data generation and route planning for Sales Team visits.
- Tracking orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Cash transactions.
- Entering and maintaining accurate sale records.
- General office administration duties

At FLP, you will be working towards a Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship over the course of 15 months.
