**We Staff** are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.

Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

**Duties**:

- Operate a forklift to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
- Safely stack and organize products in designated areas
- Inspect equipment for any damages or malfunctions before use
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and counting
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs on equipment if needed
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse environment
