**Exciting opportunity in talent booking and recruitment at an award-winning events and experiential marketing agency based in central Reading.**

We are the Circle Agency - an industry-leading experiential and content marketing agency with a 20-year history. We create engaging and compelling brand experiences for clients such as Costa Coffee, PlayStation and Coca-Cola.

We’re looking for a fantastic ‘people person’ to join Circle’s staffing team as a Staff Booker and Talent Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for a newcomer or recent entrant to the industry to enter the world of event staffing and talent booking.

You will play a vital role in the success of our campaigns by recruiting and liaising with our field and event staff. You’ll assist with all staffing logistics such as booking hotels, organising travel and sending out campaign briefing material. You’ll have an “always on” mindset, looking for new ways to attract talent from across the UK to join our database of promotional staff.

You will need to be organised, personable and great at building relationships - able to take and action a recruitment brief, as well as record and deliver feedback to staff.

You’ll be working alongside our Talent Manager as a crucial part of our delivery team and will get to work on a wide range of campaigns for some fantastic clients - from food brands to tech and entertainment franchises.

Experience in staffing, recruitment, events or experiential is preferred but not essential - an enthusiastic demeanour and great organisational skills will help you a long way in the role.

This position in based in our office in central Reading, five minutes from the train station. We currently operate a flexi-working environment, with team members working from the office three days a week, and at home for two.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
