Demand Controller

Do you want to work as a Demand Controller within a rapidly growing, fantastic board game business where you will be responsible for monitoring demand vs forecast?

Are you excited by establishing formal processes for communication and decision making as well as making business decisions that will sychronise the demand and supply of stock?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our distribution business in Alton, Hampshire. You will work within a varied role, where you will play a key role in mitigating risk and maximining business opportunity.

**What does this role involve?**

You will be:

- Responsible for monitoring actual demand for conformance with month 0-3 sales forecast
- Monitoring forecast consumption and feeding information to relevant stakeholders
- Manages monthly unconsumed forecast roll
- Manages short term forecast changes within demand control period
- Custodian of stock allocation reports/process
- Monitors and reports status and trends of SKUs and product categories to commercial and supply teams
- Responsible for owning stock availability and overstock reporting and processes
- Responsible for completing forecast accuracy root cause analysis and feeding this information to relevant stakeholders
- Facilitates information sharing between supply and sales teams
- Responsible for reporting expected month end, quarter end figures based on analysis of actual demand and supply and insights from sales team
