**Administrative assistant**
Acaster Lloyd Consulting Ltd is a consultancy based in Central London led by co-founders Sarah Acaster and Andrew Lloyd. The Acaster Lloyd group includes 30 people, mostly based in London. We undertake consultancy work for our international biotech and pharmaceutical clients. We work with our clients to describe the burden of disease and the value of medicines and other health technologies from the patients’ perspective.
We are seeking an Administrative assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to develop their career in a growing company.
You will work alongside the Office manager and Directors and will have a range of responsibilities
- Supporting administrative tasks
- Online research to support our marketing function
- Helping to organise in house and client events and staff travel.
- Some support for the finance team depending on experience.
- Two years relevant work experience
- Interest in working in different parts of the business such as administration, marketing, finance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Can speak clearly on the phone. Communicates well in an office environment
- Is interested in building their career and getting a wide range of experience
- Is keen to work with and support others in our team
