Red is recruiting Sales Advisors to join a thriving established insurance broker located in Avonmouth. With many benefits including commission opportunities as well as a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience), this is a fantastic position for those who are wanting to launch or develop their career.

**Benefits and Package for a Sales Advisor**:

- ** Salary**:£20,000 - £25,000 per annum (DOE)
- ** Hours**:Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm
- ** Contract Type**:Permanent
- ** Location**:Avonmouth
- Onsite parking
- 24 Days Holiday (plus public holidays)
- Commission opportunities (average £6,000 per year)
- Continued development opportunities

- 3 weeks full training will be provided

**Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor**:

- Quoting and closing new business inquiries and prospecting new leads
- Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships
- Dealing with existing policy amendments
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Working towards individual and team targets

**Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Advisor**:

- Previous experience within the industry sector is desirable
- Strong written and verbal skills including numeracy are essential
- Excellent telephone manner will be required
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
