Night Porter

Offering guests excellent value for money, a warm welcome and comfortable beds. Located in the heart of SW19 on the Broadway, The Antoinette is the largest independently owned Hotel in Wimbledon.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS:
- to effectively manage night operations throughout the hotel
- to ensure the safety/security of the hotel and guests by making sure that correct procedures are followed, this is especially relevant when dealing with fire evacuations and other emergencies
- to make sure that excellent customer care is delivered
- to make sure that procedures, e.g. cashing-up and the printing of reports are correctly followed
- to make sure that after all Functions, rooms are cleaned and re-laid as necessary
- to fulfil all duties assigned on night task sheets
- to ensure the front of house area is clean and tidy
- to fulfil duties assigned by duty managers

Overtime may be required, when staff are on holiday or absent for other reason. Occasional cover of other sites in the group may be required.

**Salary**: £19,760.00 per year
