Assistant Principal

**Queen Alexandra College**

This post will have leadership responsibility for teaching and learning across Preparation for Life, LEAP and Vocational curriculum areas.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced leader to join our management team, focusing on ensuring consistent high quality teaching and learning; to provide inspiration to teaching teams and further develop our expanding curriculum.

Applicants should be educated to degree level, hold a PGCE or equivalent qualification. You will have successfully led quality improvements within an education setting, and have substantial working knowledge of EHC plans and the SEND code of practice.

You will need to be able to work creatively with direct reports and multidisciplinary colleagues, positively influencing others. This role will be pivotal in ensuring a high quality educational experience as part of the QAC parallel curriculum (therapies/support services).
