Understanding the growing interest for healthy nutrition, Tony Sanguinetti, Founder & CEO launched the 1st collagen-based liquid beauty supplement in the UK, GOLD COLLAGEN® PURE, expanding the range and the markets over the years and launching then a new brand in 2021 with COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE to answer to a change of behaviour in consumers' mind towards a more practical and affordable supplement.

In 2021 also consolidated NUTRIJUVINATE® CLINIC and its community of experts available to offer services and share knowledge around nutrition, skincare, and wellbeing.

Dedicated to producing only high-quality effective products, MINERVA collaborate with renowned universities, gold standard testing facilities, suppliers and manufacturers to deliver clinically tested and scientifically developed products all made with three fundamental attributes: research, high quality and efficacy. In2015 their formulation was granted a European patent for the advanced complex within GOLD COLLAGEN®.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be a brand guardian at all times and ensure all assets adhere to the existing brand guidelines.
- Create innovative marketing materials and templates to meet our markets’ needs, including Print, Web, Digital and Packaging artworks.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, inspire others and contribute with innovative ideas for the creation of new assets and brand campaigns.
- Create social media content, mainly Paid Social but also organic.
- Solid knowledge of the printing production process.
- Design website pages with a mobile first approach, create UX/UI flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Create videos and/or simple animations to increase digital engagement with our consumers. This requirement is a bonus but not essential.
- Work closely with our team of country managers, copywriters, NPD and R&D teams to execute quality creative advertisements for our products.

**About you**
- 3-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and academic background in the field such as Bachelor’s Degree, Visual Design or related Education Certifications.
- Interest and/or experience in the Health, Beauty and Wellbeing industry.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch.
- Video Editing and simple animation skills will be a great advantage (Adobe Premier, Animate or After Effects).
- Previous management experience beneficial but no essential.
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Remarkable skills in printed, digital and social media design. Great attention to detail is essential
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and highly adaptable. Loves a challenge.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working on tight deadlines.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills; able to share and communicate ideas with stakeholders. Spanish or Italian knowledge is a plus.
- Proactive, very positive and self-motivated.
