Opportunity
You will be actively involved in all product-related activity. The Junior Product Manager role is to support in the adaption and implementation of the product strategy to the UK market. You will be category champion and product expert. This a highly analyticalrole and you will be financially responsible for results and analysis of market data.
Main duties:

- Being an expert of the category including consumers needs and competition strategy
- Proactively support the full range of existing and new products
- Take an active interest of P&L and budget for all products within the category.
- Take ownership of a specific category to develop your skillset
- Produce detailed & in-depth analysis/reporting on a regular basis to drive business decisions (turnover/margin/market data, stock etc.)
- Plan, develop and implement promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team, supply team and external agencies.
- Support best in class consumer's experience end to end
- Understand the brand strategy and ensure marketing activities are aligned to it.
- Support communication plan to ensure visibility and efficiency of the focus products
- Accompany the digital and ecommerce acceleration
- Identify opportunities for growth and supply solutions to exploit opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross functional teams
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by proactively recommending updates to processes and ways of working
- Respond quickly to ad-hoc projects to overcome supply challenges, preventing product out of stock situations as well as to counteract competitor activity.
We are looking for someone who has:

- A Degree in Marketing, Management or related discipline
- At least a years' market or sales experience
- Experience of interpreting business data helpful (sell in/sell out)
- A credible and confident approach with customers, ability to demonstrate commercial acumen
- Strong use of English, & a positive mindset to build collaborative relationships
