BI Data Analyst

**BI Functional Analyst/BI Data Analyst - £60k - £65k - I day per week onsite in Nantwich 4 days remote working**

My client a world leader requires an additional BI Functional Analyst/BI Data Analyst to join the team, you will possess a customer first service delivery focus and proactive attitude, have worked previously with Agile environment.

The BI Functional/Data Analyst will be a permanent position and report directly to the FA Team Lead. This person will be focused (initially) on the HR business unit and their stakeholders, therefore familiarity with D365 Human Resources or Talent would useful.They will also connect with the Finance Team and D365 teams on data integrations.

Data Analytics experience including building Power BI reports/dashboards or equivalent data visualisation tool.
Strong technical ability, scripting and querying tools, SQL skills, prefer advanced analytic and statistical programs or software.
A good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and data governance.
Ability to manage demanding Stakeholders and prioritize their work.
Able to uncover the actual vs stated business needs, through business analysis skills and capture data requirements and build proof of concept solutions.**:
To keep the confidence of key stakeholders, working in partnership with them to deliver BI solutions and data insights that meet their business needs and regularly exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics HR, F&O and/or CE modules.
Organisation of intercompany workshops.
