An opportunity has arisen in our Asset Management Team for a Contract Surveyor who will provide technical expertise on planned investment programmes, ensuring a high quality of work delivered safely and ensuring great customer service for customers and other stakeholders.

You will report to the Asset Manager and provide the day-to-day management of our subcontract partners in liaison with our customers, to ensure the effective delivery of planned works - primarily kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, cyclical repairs, and decorations. From time to time there will be a requirement to assist with the delivery of other major works projects.

**About you**
- Relevant construction related qualification - ideally in RICS, RIBA, etc.
- Knowledge and experience of building construction and design.
- An excellent understanding of asset management systems and data collection.
- Demonstrable technical knowledge and understanding of building repair, maintenance, and refurbishment to domestic dwellings, particularly in the social housing market.
- CDM Regulation and good knowledge of other Health and Safety legislation applicable to the role.
- Due to the nature of the role, you will require a Full UK Driving Licence.
