We are seeking a **Lettings Negotiator** to come and join our team.

If you are looking to work in the property industry, achieve a qualification and have a bundle of fun along the way then get in touch.

No previous experience of working in the property industry is required.

If you are currently working in a customer service or retail environment then we would be very keen to hear from you.
- **Duties/Functions of the role**:_
- Dealing with landlords and tenants in a friendly and efficient manner
- Replying to property enquiries from prospective tenants
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Arranging and carrying our market appraisals
- Preparing properties for marketing to include virtual tours, photographs and measurements
- Preparing pre-let safety reports
- Negotiating and agreeing lets with landlords and tenants
- Canvassing for new landlords and properties
- **You should have**:_
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Excellent IT skills: with previous experience of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail
- A professional and personable disposition
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
- Career Driven
- A full UK driving licence and use of your own car
- **Benefits**:_
- 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm - No Weekend or Bank Holiday working
- Basic Salary plus Commission and Bonuses
- Mileage Allowance

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£22,500.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Company pension

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
