**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Design and create incredible PowerPoint (Keynote optional) presentations, templates, presentation elements, diagrams, graphic description/representation of business ideas and messages, for client pitches and update presentations; rich in detail, animation, and other high-level design elements
- Produce design content for internal and external projects
- Partner with colleagues to develop design business concepts, diagrams and slides within the company’s branding guidelines
- Build and Implement new approaches to enable colleagues to have access to a library of templated presentations and ensure they are able to use with mínimal skills
- Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines
- Manage & execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines
- Efficiently manage a stream of jobs, ensuring priority work is delivered within deadlines and to a high standard in an often demanding environment
- Act as a PowerPoint trainer to colleagues.

**Relationships**
- Develop good working relationships and work closely with other members of the team and business unit to ensure consistency of approach in delivering the Strategy and Development teams activities and to share new ideas and best practices
- Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders within the LOB

**Business Awareness**
- Develop an understanding of the Aerospace products, services, and solutions

**The Requirements**
- Design educated
- PowerPoint certification
- Other design qualifications welcomed but not essential
- Portfolio that shows off previous presentation work and capabilities

**Skills**:

- Strong visual design and communications skills
- Able to easily liaise with colleagues & create work based on a verbal or written brief. Format, design, transform rough slides, hand-drawn sketches, or Word documents into visually pleasing PowerPoint presentations.
- Skilled in use of PowerPoint and other design tools
- (Advanced PowerPoint skills: use of master pages, complex animations, complex charts and graphs )
- Creative thinker able to generate ideas beyond conventional linear thinking
- Create pleasing and effective tables, diagrams, graphs, icons, templates, etc. within PowerPoint, as per requirements.
- Attention to detail
- Positive Attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Well organised and productive under self-direction - Project management skills
- Good comprehension and clear communication skills are a must-have.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- 3 - 5 years Design experience working within a pressurised team servicing environment
- Knowledge or interest in Insurance and / or Aerospace industries would be helpful but not essential

**Other (e.g. location / business specific)**
- Working within the Aerospace SBU based on a hybrid model, a mix of Office and Home based.
- Should be able to commute to London and work out of the WTW Lime Street Building.
