Ball Pit Marshal

Responsibilities:

- Organise entry, exit and safety of the customers of the ball pit
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction and enjoyment
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Direct guests to appropriate areas or services within the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized ball pit area
- Assist with front of house duties
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and property
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations calmly
