**What is a Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship like?**

Whether you are joining us as a school leaver or someone looking for a career change, you will soon be working as part of a great team creating training content for our newest product innovations and machine upgrades. Our experienced team are responsible for providing technical training to the JCB Global Dealer network for the maintenance, diagnosis and repair of products. This role is key to the ongoing success of our company and in ensuring that our Customers are supported by a Trained Engineer, with the Right Information, the Correct Tools and the Right Parts to ensure First Time Fix of any issues that arise. You will be involved in all aspects of dealer technical training and have the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of every element it takes to control and deliver a key part of the Industry’s Finest Customer Support.

You will have the opportunity to work with the complete spectrum of JCB products, the global technical training team, colleagues from the central Project Management team and engineering department, in order to ensure that eLearning, remote and workshop training media is available, in use that that a sufficient training attainment rate has been achieved ahead of New Product Introduction. With a focus of creating exciting and engaging digital content which ensures an effective knowledge transfer and competence achievement, your role as a Content Producer is to create animations of repair procedures, visualisations of control system operation, 3D illustrations of complex assemblies, and both bite-size and full length video courses that are available at point of need (on phone’s/tablets) and for use in remote training classes. The role will develop your planning, creative, communication and presentation abilities to a very high standard, you will become skilled in identifying the appropriate platforms and channels for training delivery as well as an expert in the use of digital media tools, systems and processes such as Adobe create cloud Apps and Apple software. As well as learning to be proficient in all of the elements listed above, you will be exposed to a network of highly skilled people that will help you grow and develop as a Content Producer, which will set you up for a highly successful career.
