Job Title: Recruitment Trainee

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with job posting and advertising on various job boards and social media platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and assist in developing job descriptions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our applicant tracking system

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare related.
- Non-degree but proficient, people person welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Stress reliever for Clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Proficient in Google workspace a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills in recruitment
- Ability to work with Vulnerable, Disabled employees
- Work from home on a results oriented schedule
- Willingness to pick up Clients' phone calls in line with their emergencies

**Salary**: £200.00-£250.00 per week
