Mig Welder/fabricator

We are humbled by our ability to continue thriving in spite of the issues the world has faced and due to this constant growth we are looking to hire multiple packers in our HQ in Frome, Somerset. The positions are full time and permanent and we are looking for people that want a long term career with the Watson family.**

Due to continued expansion we have an opportunity to work on our other wise full day time welding team. You will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-end bespoke strength equipment to a high standard.

You will receive all the tools and training necessary to achieve the required WGE standard.

**Your duties will include**:

- Mig welding ‘kits’ (box, bar and plate work) into finished products of varying sizes and complexity using the diagrams provided.
- Use a range of tools (grinders, saws etc) to prep and finish.
- Keep your work area and tools clean and tidy.
- Lifting and moving large/heavy items.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years recent MIG welding experience.

**Working Hours**:
**8am-5pm (Mon-Thurs)**

**8am-3:45pm (Friday)**

Lots of opportunity for overtime, paid at time and a half.

Plenty of scope for pay rises in line with 3 monthly and yearly appraisals for employees that show the right attitude and skill.

**Salary**: Negotiable dependant on experience and weld test.
