Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Systems Trainer to join our client on a long term temporary assignment for an initial approximate duration of 12 months.
Assignment type: Initial 12 month contract where you will be engaged via Hays
Working environment: Hybrid Working Hours per week: 37.5 (Monday - Friday but a need for flexibility on times due to time-zone differences)
Pay type: Competitive Daily pay rate (inside IR35)
As a Systems Trainer you will support in the training and upskilling of all users in the use of the new software, through both onsite face-to-face training of delegates and virtual TEAMS training sessions. Given the global nature of the roll-out, there is arequirement for you to undertake international travel.
You will be supporting the Project Lead Trainer, working together in collaboration on all training sessions. Attendee numbers range from 10 to 35 delegates per training session, with training sessions being divided into 2-hour blocks, delivering multiple blocksper day.
Qualifications:

- Educated to GCSE C grade and above is essential, including Maths and English.

Skills / Experience:

- Ability to deal with conflict and resistance to change is critical
- Proficient in IT skills such as setting up presentation equipment, demonstrating IT systems in front of an audience and effectively dealing with unexpected errors occurring during a presentation
- The ability to keep calm and composed under pressure in front of an audience
- Fluent German speaking is desirable but in no way essential
- Purchasing background/ experience is desirable
