Purchasing Analyst

**Vanta Staffing High Wycombe** are looking for a **Purchasing Analyst** to join a busy team in High Wycombe. You must have at least 2 years' experience in stock control and purchasing.

8.45am-4.45pm

£28k per annum

**Duties of the Purchasing Analyst**:

- Completing and placing purchase orders.
- Coordinating stock control, liaising with all staff members.
- Recording accurate date on the computer.
- Stock maintenance.
- Creating invoices, information and prices.
- Attending regular purchase meetings.
- Arranging the transportation of goods and keeping track of deliveries.
- Manage supplier relationships. Relationship building.
- Researching the market trends for quotations.
- Resolving stock issues.
- Track shipments.
- General housekeeping of office.

**Requirements of the Purchasing Analyst**:

- Must have experience in Purchasing/ Stock Controller or similar role.
- Ability to manage and organize workload.
- Have a good understanding of supply chains.
- Have problem solving and analytical skills, must be able to multitask.
- Experience using Microsoft Programs.
- Be positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
