Complex Care Support Worker

Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to a gentleman with Motor Neurone Disease who uses a ventilator and requires 2:1 care. Despite his condition, he embraces life to the fullest by participating in community activities, meeting with family and friends, and enjoying outings, including boat trips. This role is ideal for those with clinical experience seeking fulfilling work in complex care.
Experience in ventilator care (invasive or non-invasive), PEG feeding, stoma care, tracheostomy tube changing, cough assist and suction is preferred. However, comprehensive training will be provided.
In this deeply rewarding role, you will collaborate with a team of carers to provide 2:1 support in all aspects of daily living, including personal care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team consisting of a Registered Manager, Clinical Lead, and visiting professionals.
Days of work;
Week 1 - Thursday 09:30-16:00, Saturday 7pm-7am, Sunday 7pm-7am
Week 2- Friday 7pm-7am, Saturday 7pm-7am, Sunday 7pm-7am
Monday to Friday: £13.00 per hour Weekend: £14.00 per hour Bank holiday: £18.00 per hour After the successful completion of your probationary period, this will rise to:
Monday to Friday: £15.00 per hour Weekend: £17.00 per hour Bank holiday: £22.50 per hour
