Our client, a well-established Estate agent has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and thriving team in Manchester.

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Friday
- 9:00 am 4:00 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00 am
- 4:00 pm(weekday off in lieu)

**The successfulLettings Negotiator willbe offered**:

- £20,000- £22,000 Basic
- OTE- £25,000- £27,000 P.A

**To be considered for theLettings Negotiator roleyou must have the following**:

- Experience in property lettings
- Enthusiastic about Manchester property and well versed with property legislation
- Ability to exceed targets and able to self-motivate and time manage
- Articulate and able to communicate effectively with both Landlords and Tenants
- Always organised with attention to detail and a professional attitude
- An ambitious attitude within a busy target-driven environment
- 1 year of lettings experience is required.
- Driving license

**As aLettings Negotiator, your role will involve**:

- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Proactively marketing properties across various portals and social media to ensure maximum exposure
- Negotiating lets, liaising with Landlord and Tenants
- Successfully letting multiple properties from our city centre portfolio
- Conducting interim property inspections
- Ad hoc lettings duties to support other members of staff.
