As a result, we have a number of exciting new roles which have become available.

We have an exciting position available for a Roofer (Multi Skilled) to join us

You’ll carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, along with the an ethos of “Right First Time” always completing a repair where practicable in one visit, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance.

You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled Roofer, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchester's owned and managed properties.

You’ll be dealing with customers face-to-face, so you’ll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. You’ll need to be self-sufficient and able to work independently.

**What we’re looking for**:

- To have served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ L3 standard
- Evidence of key competencies specifically in roofing (core trade), joinery and plumbing.
- Working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and CDM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working within a customer facing environment offering excellent customer service.
- Possess a Full UK driving licence.
