Senior Floating Branch Manager - Essex - Salary Basic £30,000 (OTE £70,000)
Floating Managers are key to the success of my client's business and this is a fantastic opportunity to get a real feel for varying locations. This particular role would suit an experienced sales manager with great marketing and sales negotiation skills. Someonewho can motivate, inspire, and manage the team of the moment.
- Be an experienced Sales Manager
- Have a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales
- Be able to demonstrate great leadership and adaptability towards the teams you work with
- Have drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm
- Have a great work ethic and heaps of positivity and energy
- Have a full driving license
