We have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal or Executive Assistant to join our amazing Adventure Division, to provide administrative support to the Adventure Managing Director and Executive team while also managing and coordinating various events and projects.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing the MD of Adventure and other Executive team members diaries as assigned, including updating calendar of monthly meetings and deadlines, ensuring conflicts are effectively managed and the Executive member is well prepared for their schedule
- Schedule assigned company-wide, departmental & team meetings as requested, in a timely and efficient manner
- Proactively prepare documents and agendas for meetings, attending where appropriate to take minutes and following up action points as advised - including the weekly and monthly executive team meetings if requested
- Liaise with international colleagues to ensure appropriate attendance at events/meetings/conferences. This may involve working outside of core hours, weekends or UK bank holidays
- Organisation and attendance at Global Conferences in international locations as required
- Pre-empt and co-ordinate extensive international and domestic travel schedules and itineraries, managing time and costs effectively for the MD and Exec team where required
- Manage all incoming mail/communications ensuring appropriate action taken when required
- Support with preparation and delivery of presentations
- Plan, organise and co-ordinate various company-wide and team-building and social events throughout the year

**What we are looking for**:

- An organised, outgoing, curious and creative person who enjoys working at pace
- Experience in roles such as Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant, Events management, Communications or even Operations management or similar roles will be considered
- Experience in events management or events coordination and communicating with external suppliers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a friendly and professional manner and ability to build great relationships
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality, due to nature of role and access to business sensitive information
- Excellent Microsoft Office products knowledge, with particular focus on Powerpoint and MS Teams
- A passion for travel, active holidays and nature
