**Faculty / Directorate**

The dedicated facilities are designed to replicate current practice and feature industry-standard equipment, enabling staff and students to undertake life changing projects to improvehealth and social care.

**Role**

Based within our Clinical Skills technical team, the postholder will oversee the training, practical assistance and advice on the use of equipment and techniques within the fields of Moving & Handling of people (M&H) and Conflict Resolution Training (breakaway).The postholder will deliver mandatory teaching to undergraduate students within the schools of Nursing & Midwifery and Allied Health Sciences, ensuring they are equipped with the required skills before commencing placement. The post holder will additionallybe required to support the Clinical Skills technical team. Please note that this is a full time (37 hours per week), Term Time only (37 weeks of the year
- during term time) role. The role is permanent and you will be based on campus.

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual with experience of delivering Moving & Handling of people (M&H) and Conflict Resolution Training (breakaway). With a commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing the student experience, thepostholder will have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion. Staff development opportunities will be considered on the completion of a successful probationary period. The post holder may also be requiredto support other practice areas within the faculty when required.
