We present this exciting opportunity to join OBM, a leading oil and gas recruitment company, supporting a range of recruitment activities for our local, national and international clients. Working as part of an experienced team and reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the role will support the business activities for permanent and contract recruitment to meet our client needs and deliver business growth.
- Promoting a positive Company image through first class service delivery & customer engagement.
- Assisting in management of key client accounts and strengthening client relationships through regular contact and site visits to ensure full understanding of the company needs, their work culture and environment.
- Attending client open days and industry events.
- Monitoring market rate information and trends.
- Assisting with the general recruitment administration including contract documentation, and verification of qualifications and references.
- Proactively assisting colleagues and undertaking adhoc duties, as required.

Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)
- Customer focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
- Proactive, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while contributing to the wider team.
- Creative and innovative, motivated to achieve the highest standards of performance and customer support.
- Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite and confident in use of social media.

Minimum Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Qualifications/Competencies

Experience working with Recruitment Software.

Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
