As the **Administration Co-ordinator** you will be detailed oriented, working closely with the management team to provide essential support, you will be a driven individual who uses their own initiative to make the team’s life easier. You shouldbe an individual that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, ultimately, you will be a focal point of contact for the management team and liaise with employees, judging priorities and ensuring the delivery of a high level of service for every client.

The duties of the **Administration Co-ordinator** include:

- Effectively provide professional administrative support to management and keystakeholders as necessary
- Establish, maintain, and develop as appropriate efficient office and administration systems and processes, to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office at all times
- Responsible for managing diaries, organising internal/external meetings, events, booking travel, and more.
- Act as the focal point for the management and stakeholders in the team, judge the priorities and proactively work with the many conflicting demands of the team
- Administer and minute key meetings, including the management of meetings rooms
- Collate and produce high-standard documents for a variety of forums including team and management meetings, other meetings, reports, and publications
- Manage basic correspondence with clients, internal and external teams
- Run reports as required and assist with the administration and coordination of departmental reports
- Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g. project coordination, research, presentation, communication support, and day-to-day operational activities
- Be a reference point on purchasing, administrative, training, and financial matters
- Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the Management and stakeholders in the team

The ideal **Administration Co-ordinator** will have:

- First-class organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Administrative experience, ability to multitask, working without supervision, ability to prioritise and balance conflicting demands, using own initiative to resolve problems, and managing own workload within agreed deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication with a wide range of contacts

Salary for the **Administration Co-ordinator** will be circa £30k

Hours of work are flexible and can be a mix of home working and office based.
