We are looking for an experienced, personable, passionate, and inspiring Butcher to join our team and assist in the successful launch of the newest addition to our thriving portfolio of restaurants

As a Butcher you will form an integral part of our grill team; the grill and our meats are at the heart of what we do. Our butchers prepare the meats following Fazenda’s established recipes in order to satisfy and exceed the expectations of guests.

You will need to be a strong communicator, a team player, have the willingness to learn, show great initiative and share our values of providing the highest quality of service and products to all our guests.

**What we expect from our Butchers**

The ideal Butcher will possess:

- A passion for preparing, cooking, and serving high quality meats
- A high level of product and food hygiene knowledge
- A clean-as-you-go approach and natural concern for cleanliness and hygiene
- A strong understanding of and belief in teamwork
- An understanding of the importance of stock control and wage budgets while ensuring the customer experience is never compromised
- A proactive leadership style and good people skills, adaptive to a diverse working environment
- Confidence and adaptability in communications with the team and with senior management, receiving instructions courteously and delegating appropriately and politely.
