I am currently recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading, Lexcel accredited regional law firm based in Warwickshire.
My client are looking to attract an experienced and qualified Clinical Negligence professional to join their highly successful, established Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team.
- Fully qualified status (NQ or 1-year PQE)
- Experience of managing a Medical Negligence and Personal Injury caseload
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience of using legal case management systems
- Experience of using the online portal for claims
- Excellent communication skills

The role will involve:

- Managing your own caseload of predominantly medical negligence files, along with some personal injury work
- Supporting senior fee earners in complex matters

In return the firm are offering a highly competitive salary (dependent on experience), as well as a generous benefits package including:

- A generous bonus scheme 20% of fee income above your target
- Up to 2 working from home days per week
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 3 extra days at Christmas (the company closes for the week of Christmas) + Duvet Day on your Birthday = 35 days holiday
- Company sick pay
- Death in service scheme
- Free parking
