**About the role**

All of our facilities need to be maintained to the highest standards that’s where you come in. You will maintain and presented everything to a high really high standard. You’ll have a varied workload, and you’ll certainly be kept busy all the time. The main part of the role will be painting and general day to day repairs.

You’ll be a self
- starter, able to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure. As a strong communicator, you’ll quickly build positive working relationships with the team and customers.

**What we need from you**:
You’ll have experience in general maintenance and be prepared to turn your hand to anything. You'll certainly be able to demonstrate good practical skills and have an awareness of building services.
Team Player - you’ll be a team player and take a pride in the quality of your work. Customer service skills - As you’ll come into contact with our guests on a regular basis, we also need you to have great customer service skills and be an ambassador for our business.
