Care at Home Group is a disability confidence employer who are looking for complex care workers to support senior management with complex package of care in the area. Packages will vary depending on the service user and the needs of the service user.

**As a complex care worker at Care at Home Group, you will**:

- Work directly with our service user’s
- Have a positive mindset and a passion for supporting individuals.
- Flexible to the needs of the business

**To become a complex care worker at Care at Home Group you will need**:

- Experience within the care industry (Desirable)
- Have previous experience of working with individuals with complex care needs, autism, and challenging behaviour (Desirable)
- To have a passion for providing exceptional care to individuals with autism or challenging behaviour

Successful applicants will receive a salary of **_£13.50_** **_and £14.00 _**plus a range of benefits in line with what the company offers. You will be required to work on a rolling rota inclusive of alternate weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £13.50-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:
