Pastoral Leader

**37 hours per week, term time only, plus two additional weeks and evening meetings**

**Grade 10 £32,909 - £37,261 (£28,777 - £32,583 pro rata)**
- Promote the school's aims, objectives and ethos
- Be a member of our Leadership Team and the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Be responsible for strategic leadership of pastoral support at our school
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of pastoral systems
- Lead and line manage our pastoral team
- Provide practical pastoral support to children and parents/carers
- Be the Senior Mental Health Lead at our school
- Establish good working relationships with all stakeholders and external agencies
