We are looking for someone who wants to help keep us at the forefront of healthcare innovation, and assist in putting together a brilliant team that will redefine what private healthcare feels like.

This role sits within Practice Plus Group’s secondary care division, which runs a number of private hospitals and surgical centres across the country offering diagnostics and elective treatment to both NHS and private patients. **What you'll be doing**:

- Write compelling and eloquent copy for your job adverts and have access to post them to a variety of job boards and social media platforms.
- Work with your applicants to screen and shortlist, before sharing with the hiring managers to arrange interviews.

Talent Acquisition Executives work in a hybrid capacity and, once open, will be expected to be in our Birmingham office 3 days per week, with occasional (likely monthly) travel to Reading

**What we’ll look for in you**:

- Over two years experience either within a recruitment agency or from within an established in-house recruitment team.
- Evidence of previous work requiring ability to work autonomously, able to prioritise own work load and manage numerous ongoing work streams.
- Have an attention to detail and be literate using MS Office platforms.
- Thrive when working to deadlines and KPIs
- Previous experience of diary management, event management experience will be a bonus
- Experience using a recruitment database or ATS (we use Eploy), Boolean searching and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience of using a variety of sourcing methods including social media
- An effective communicator, able to manage negotiations and at times challenges from senior stakeholders.
