As an ICT Support Officer, you will be:

- Taking calls from SCC customers throughout Staffordshire and beyond
- Thinking on your feet and solving issues first line
- Developing our self service customer portal
- Being part of our excellent Starters and Leavers team

You should have excellent technical ICT knowledge, to include PC hardware, mobiles and tablets, a wide range of software including Operating Systems, Office 365, Active Directory, Citrix and Microsoft Exchange.

You should have exceptional communication and customer care skills and experience of working in a support environment is required.
