LOCATION: Southwater, Horsham West Sussex

Southern Cranes and Access are currently recruiting for a Crane Hire Desk Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the first point of contact, Hire Desk Controllers play a pivotal role in driving our business' success, by building strong customer relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring we can meet them.

**Duties Include**:

- You will be responsible for the hire desk and rehire processes including the maintenance and growth of new and existing clients from diverse sectors.
- Key responsibilities include dealing with hire desk processes, queries, order processing, scheduling and developing rehire business.
- Checking availability of machines & labour
- Setting up customer hire contracts.
- Daily management of labour
- Must deliver a high level of customer service with a friendly, professional & helpful attitude whilst developing close customer working relationships with new clients and existing customers ensuring that new and repeat orders are managed efficiently.
- Salary is negotiable depending upon experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience on a Hire Desk.
- Good knowledge of Mobile Cranes and the Plant industry.
- However, the above are not essential as training will be provided.
