Job Opportunity: Freelance Health and Social Care Trainer - Nationwide

About Us: We are currently expanding our team of passionate and experienced Health and Social Care Trainers who are dedicated to imparting their knowledge to learners at various levels.

The Role:
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to a diverse range of staff within the health and social care sector. This role demands a commitment to providing valuable education, adapting to different learning levels, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

We Require:

- Exceptional Communication Skills: You must be comfortable teaching and engaging with staff across various levels, including conducting phone calls.
- Reliability: Our customers’ time is precious. We seek individuals who respect scheduled training commitments and minimize last-minute cancellations.
- Proactive Time Management: Alert us 48 hours in advance if any preparatory materials are missing to ensure smooth course operations. All materials and paperwork are provided by us.
- Integrity: Honesty is key. If a course doesn't align with your expertise, it’s crucial to communicate this upfront.
- Documentation Skills: Accurate completion and timely submission of training documentation, including class registers and evaluation forms, are essential.

Essentials:

- Full UK driving license
- Proven experience in health and social care
- Willingness to travel across the UK
- A genuine enthusiasm for training and meeting new people

**Other Information**:

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- COVID-19 considerations comply with government guidelines and individual client requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of training experience and 3 years in health and social care required
- License/Certification: Driving License and AET or PTLLS (minimum), NVQ Or RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care required
- Work Location: In-person across the UK
