We are currently working alongside a leading Facilities Management company to recruit a Ground Worker on a permanent basis.

The Groundworker will be responsible for carrying out groundwork including: Pothole repair, drainage work, laying pipes and manhole repairs on the Shell Retail contract across the South East

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Pothole and Manhole repairs
- Drainage works, including laying pipes, resetting ironwork and gully / access chamber construction.
- Kerbing works.
- Soft estate maintenance works
- Experienced in repair and replacement of access chambers / grids, manholes, slot drains, pot holes, brick walls and general signage.
- Good communication skills, an eye for quality, a good standard of general DIY, basic joinery, Plumbing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per hour
