As a Technical Administrative Apprentice, you'll operate similarly to other office secretaries, responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the technical department. Your tasks will involve liaising with customers, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, screening calls, welcoming visitors, and executing various administrative procedures as needed.

**Qualifications for Administrative Assistant Role**:

- GCSEs or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience and proficiency in clerical tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational ability.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize.

**Duties & Responsibilities of Technical Administrative Assistants**:
The responsibilities of technical administrative assistants include:

- Providing administrative support to technical staff.
- Handling internal and external correspondence.
- Coordinating schedules and managing travel arrangements.
- Confirming appointments.
- Administering, maintaining, and renewing support contracts.
- Assisting with service bookings.
- Under the guidance of a manager conducting technical research and analysis.
- Collecting, proofreading, editing, formatting, and distributing documentation required by staff, such as technical user guides, policy information, and other relevant data.
