**Contract type**:Permanent
- **Work pattern**: 36 hours per week, Term time + 1 week (39 weeks)
- **Salary information**: Grade 5, £28,893 - 30,858 (FTE, dependent upon experience)
- **Further salary information**:Please note, the advertised salary range is the full-time equivalent and will be pro-rata'd in line with the hours and weeks worked.

**Overall Job Purpose**:

- To work closely with parents and carers to help overcome pupils’ barriers to learning.
- To maintain regular communication to ensure parents and carers are consistently engaged in pupils’ development and progress.
- To welcome new pupils and ensure smooth transition.
- To organise parent workshops.
- To deliver excellent customer service.
