**Title ** Senior Content Executive

We are looking to give a proactive, adaptable, and passionate individual the opportunity to play a leading role in the marketing and communications of some of our core brands within the Future Fit Group.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Senior Content Executive, you will be at the helm of our communications and experience function within the Marketing department. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with other department leads, your primary focus will be on guiding our press and media strategy, delivering content for a variety of channels, increasing brand exposure, and enhancing engagement.

This role includes the direct line management of team members whom are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the strategies set out by this role.

A. **Press and Media Management**:

- Develop and manage the core press and media strategy
- Maintain, and grow, a reliable list of press connections
- Create and manage the message and news content schedule
- Monitor uptake, and devise tactics to improve reach

**B. Partnership and Network Management**:

- Own all partnerships, alongside the Marketing & Partnerships Executive
- Develop and manage the core partnership and network strategy
- Own and monitor contractual partnerships
- Devise strategies to collaborate with key business partners on events, content, news and opportunities
- Seek new partnership opportunities to drive business growth and customer experience

**C. Positioning and Messaging**:

- Develop core messaging, and positioning guidance, including USPs to be used and adhered to by the wider team, and business
- Monitor public channels, directories and partner output to ensure the business position and key messages are accurate
- Develop audience-specific style guides, and information packs for use of the wider team

**D. Customer experience and loyalty projects**:

- Lead on projects, alongside team specialists, that relate to customer experience, or our products, such as:

- CRM environment development
- Persona data gathering
- Surveys and scoring
- Content hubs and tools
- Podcasts

**E. Internal Communications**:

- Support the People team within the business where needed with staff engagement and internal communication campaigns

**F. Content**:

- Work in collaboration with the wider team, including digital and brand content to contribute to the wider content strategy.
- Ensure all relevant content is reviewed, approved prior to publication to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Prepare written content as required for a range of channels

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A strong passion for marketing and a desire to make a difference in the industry.
- Proven experience in executing various marketing activities across different platforms.
- Experience in press and media relationships, and content preparation.
- Confident communicator, able to work with people and groups at all levels.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to create impactful content.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
- Solutions-focussed.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
